The association shall establish a health insurance fund for members which shall be funded by members’ contributions occasionally as health needs arise. The association shall liars with other government agencies such as NHIF to secure health insurance for elderly parents who are in the informal sector and those who have attained the retirement age but do not have private health insurance.
