NEWA Family is running a project that will increase access to clean and safe drinking water to over 10,000 households in Migori County. We intend to install 100 community water tanks per 100 households in realizing this dream. Through our monthly cleanups, we mobilize local coastal communities to come out to collect wastes and clean up the local beaches, segregate waste, and recycle the marine debris into economically viable products which they sell to generate income. You can get involved in this program by donating to the course for the purchase of supplies and equipment to be used in the organization, mobilization, and execution of the voluntary cleanup activities

As an elderly citizen, Min-John needs your help to access basic needs and perform personal hygiene activities (Bathing, washing, walking, sleeping, and cleaning utensils). She is among other elderly women and persons living with disabilities that are in urgent need of your assistance. You can get involved in addressing this issue by donating foodstuff, clothing, a cash transfer program, and a nanny's salary who will take care of these vulnerable populations.

Free Sanitary Pads for Girls in School
Lack of sanitary pads has exposed teenage girls from vulnerable families to teenage sex that further exposes them to teenage pregnancies, sexually transmitted disease, and HIV. When a school-girl fails to report to school due to a lack of sanitary pads for menstrual hygiene, she loses 20% of her academic year. Given that sanitary pads are essential health and hygiene requirements for these teenage girls, donating to of #FreePadsForEveryGirl program will make a big impact on their lives.
