The association shall establish a benevolent fund that shall be sued to fiancé expenses relating to the unfortunate events such ad the death of a member, spouse, parent, or children of a member. The benevolent fund shall be funded by a contribution from members’ which will only be due upon the occurrence of such unfortunate events.
