Block-making is a fast-growing economic activity among communities in rural parts of Migori. As an association, NEWA Family intends to purchase interlocking block-making machines to empower local communities to venture into brick-making as a source of income. We believe that this project will help alleviate poverty and livelihoods among rural communities if it gets the support it requires.
